Getting charged listing fees during free auction style listing promotion?

hi, there is currently a free auction style listing promotion going on until the 23rd of march for sellers and i am being charged listing fees when i try to post 3 day auction style listings. supposedly i'm supposed to have up to 50000 free auction style but without me noticing it used up my free 50 per month and is no longer giving me the free insertions under the greater promotion. i need to list more stuff and i can't because i'm showing a charge every time i try to create the listing. i also notice that i have over 200 listings up on ebay but in my all selling section it says i only have 97 listings up. anyone else having this problem? i need this fixed soon, it started last night.

never mind, after having read the promotion, they've changed the usual promotion and now it's only free insertion fees on 5, 7 and 10 day listings. not sure why they are disallowing the 3 day listing as free insertion fees. instead of keeping it standard it's the typical ebay hoop jumping.
