Glitch in leaving feedback....

I have heard from 2 customers in the past week or so who tried to leave feedback and said the feature was "unavailable" at this time.

It is hard enough to get buyers to leave feedback at all these days without having another eBay glitch preventing them from doing so. On the other hand, maybe this is the reason they have not been leaving feedback. Not all of them contact the sellers to make them aware of the problem. And I am sure it is not that high on their list of priorities to continue trying to leave feedback.

It's not glitch in leaving feedback. I get "feature unavailable" everytime now and then, even logging to power seller forum, editing item, etc. This morning for the first time I got "feature unavailable" trying to log into eBay. Took about 5-6 times to get in.

I think this is similar to a busy signal on a phone line.

Actually I have had the same thing happen trying to log into eBay and onto different pages. It frustrates me so I am sure it frustrates buyers too. It never used to happen, at least not nearly as often as it does now.
