I am a Seller who ship Worldwide. For some items we choose Canada Post Lettermail because it's the best cost inside Canada to ship a CD. But if I choose this option I'm unable to enter an Handling Cost for International shipment.
And with some other products, we have to choose the Expedited service which then allow us to enter an Handling cost on both Domestic and Intl' destinations! :S
Is it a bug in the Create listing form or what?
