If you cannot retreive the item from the people who received it, because they already returned it to the Post Office, it will very slowly go back to the seller.
Who will be charged the return postage.
You can ask the seller to let you know when she gets the parcel back. She can then re-send it to the correct address.
However, this will cost her the return postage I mentioned plus the postage to send it to your correct address.
Most sellers will only refund you the selling price of the item. If it was sent "free shipping" many sellers will take a 'restocking charge' equal to the postage they paid out before refunding.
Errors are expensive.
