High Seller Fees?

I recently sold an item for $40.00 then receive a bill from ebay for almost $7.00 no additional pics or any features were used in the listing and it showed my balance of  $0.00 after listing the item  Ebay makes more from my item than I do anyone know why the fees are so high now?

You sold it for $40.00 US and had shipping fees of $20.00 US.

You pay a final value fee on shipping as well as the item and has been this way for quite

a while now.

If you go to your ebay account you will see it.

I just sold a $40 item and was shocked to see a 10% final value fee as well. I don't think ebay wants us to sell there.

Ya Ebay is out to ding us sellers .

Ebay is trying to increase their profits and instead of trying to attract new sellers they have elected to induce higher fees .

It makes absolutely  no sense for ebay to charge is I final value with the shipping included , we don't make money on the shipping ,  And in the case where the shipping costs are equal or more then what the item sells for , it makes it impossible for us to make a profit

Its not right and there has to be a way we can stop ebay from doing this .
