Where and how can I change the items I have purchased to "Private"?

You are the only one who can see what you bought when you go on your feedback profile page.

No one can find what you have bought by watching your feedback profile.

The "private" status of some items (seller can choose if his listings are public or private) can help the seller tohide some items (high value items, etc.) but doesn't change anything for your privacy.
