You can't.
Many sellers do not use either tracking or Confirmation of Delivery, which are very expensive services.
For example , I can send a paperback to Ontario for $1.80 without DC (lettermail) but with DC it would cost $13.67 (regular parcel).
Don't panic.
It normally takes 11-15 days for a delivery from Europe.
It normally takes 15-20 days for a delivery from North America.
It normally takes 20-30 days for a delivery from Asia,
If your item has not arrived 20 days after cleared* payment, contact the seller and ask the date shipped and service used.
If the answer is not satisfactory (and a promise of replacement is NOT satisfactory) you can start a Dispute and get your payment back.
You actually have 45 days for this.
If you purchased before December first, your item should arrive in time for Christmas.
If you purchased later, it won't.
