How do I add Vendio Counters

Good Morning Last night I listed some new items on Ebay and as usual , I go to Vendio and "add " their counters.   they wouldnt apply??? hmmm now I see   this     "eBay declined your account information"...  So now Ive been trying  to ADD them to my account .. I went to account and 3rd party.. well they arent there!!!  how come... I LIKE THESE COUNTERS..  and want them to be allowed on my listings! All of a sudden this happens 2 wks ago there was NO problem..

A couple questions, - I was wondering why you have the clause in your listings that there is no refund for lost or broken items when in fact a buyer can force a refund through paypal for lost or broken items.

You also say that insurance will cost extra, yet according to ebay policy you are not allowed to charge extra for insurance, so I was wondering what you meant by that.
