How do I insert a graphic/picture from Word into my Description and it show up in my update?

I would like to know how to insert a graphic or picture into my Description.  For example I have a graph I want to insert that I have saved in Word.  How do I get it to show up when I edit my Description?  Right now I get an empty box outline with nothing in it.
