How do I track my Thermocouples? It would be better if the seller just resent them cost wise

I have never received my thermocouples. It would be better if the seller just resent them cost wise as they were only cheap. Also very small and light and could be sent in an envelope. They could send me a list of related items from their store and I could buy another larger item and they could send them together.

Don't accept an offer of a replacement. Those won't arrive either.

Tracking is for the benefit of the seller. Many sellers of low cost items will not track them, putting the cost of occasional losses into to price of the item. Just like department store prices include a few pennies for losses to shoplifters.

Go to  the bottom of this page and open an Item Not Received dispute in the Resolution Centre.

If the seller cannot prove delivery, you will be refunded.
