Find your collection & hit edit. Find the item in question; there should be an x in the upper right corner. Click on that, select remove, then hit done. That should do it. Unfortunately this does not always work! I don't know if others have noticed this. In sn attrmpt to remedy this, I created a trash collection and made it private. However, while there is an option to add your item to another collection, there is no way to move It from one collection to another. Given this scenario, I can add my unwanted item to my trash collection, but I still cannot remove it from the original collection. The only way seems to be to delete the whole collection and start over, but that should not be necessary.
