You contact the seller (who I assume is psycho-moto).

Go to your My eBay >> Purchase History >> order transaction -- then select from the More Actions menu on the right of the order.

Ask him to cancel as Buyer Request.

This ends the transaction for both of you.

You can then leave him positive feedback for being so helpful.

His alternative is to open an Unpaid Item Dispute which gives you a Strike. Many if not most sellers have automatic Blocks against bidders with Strikes.
