You are well protected by eBay's buyer protection policies.  There is an eBay policy for just about everything.  This here one tells you exactly what to do when an item does not match the description.

As the previous respondent replied, contact your seller and open an Item Not as Described case.

It's in the drop-down menu under the item as found in Purchase History.

This will take you to the Resolution Centre. The seller may ask you to return the item for a refund, or just refund it. Best not in this case to accept a replacement.

If at any point the case does not proceed as you'd like, you can ask ebay to step in.

It's really not complicated if you read carefully and comply.

First: Contact the seller directly. Contact info is with the eBay purchase details.

If not happy with the seller response, then start the Not-as-Described return process claim.

Is the problem that the seller is in another country?

Where in the Resolution Centre do you bog down?

If it helps, the Resolution Centre is also available in French. You may be able to find an eBay site in your mother tongue that you can use as guidance if the vocabulary is difficult. (But make the Dispute here on eBay.ca.)

When you return the item, it is shipped to the seller using a tracked service.

Here is the  Canada Post page for shipping rates.

You don't have to use the most expensive rate, but do make sure the service is trackable.
