What delivery dates does your purchase show?

eBay allows you to open an Item-Not_Received (INR) case after the last estimated delivery date.

You cannot open an eBay dispute until the last estimated delivery date eBay gave you. The window after that is 30 days.

You can open a Paypal dispute for 180 days after payment.

If you back your PP account with a credit card, you can also use the card's chargeback policy.

But between the CBSA hold because of fentanyl smuggling, and the tensions over UPU payments between China and every other first world nation,  I'd allow up to three months (that is June 26) for arrival.

If you want to receive something from China faster, BEFORE buying, enquire about upgrading the shipping to an Air Mail and tracked service.

Time is money.

You can have it fast or you can have it cheap.
