I am relisting some items and they keep coming up with HTML descriptions

I find these descriptions hard to modify.  Is there a setting I can change to get these descriptions in plain English?

Contacted ebay live help yesterday but they never phoned me back.  

Help??  Anyone?

Well, well, guess what? The problems is with Internet Explorer new version 11. Signed in with Google Chrome and the problem doesn't exist!!! (Forgot I had just upgraded to the new version.)

Ebay and Canada Post both work much better with the Google browser.

It is a Microsoft issue with this week's Explorer update. Sign in to Ebay via Google Chrome and you should be good-to-go.
