Ok, this is the first after sooooooooo many years.
How do I refund a buyer and hope I don't get a neg. feedback.
Do I beg forgiveness,lol.
After I refund buyer, is that it, finished, caput, :^O
Can the buyer say she never received the refund.
I'm asking these crazy question because as I said, this is the first.

Hi stancad
Go to your PP (PayPal) account, find the transaction and click on the "Details" in the detail column, scroll down to bottom of page and there should be a "Refund" link, click on it and follow directions.
If it is your fault, yes beg forgiveness.
If its the post office fault, just explain you have no control over them.

Canada Post won't refund if the broken item is glass or ceramic, these are covered for loss but not damage.
