I bought a camera bag from a seller (from China or HK).  He is no longer registered with ebay.

Do I need to worry about my shipment, which says it's on it's way.

There is a note from ebay that say if you did not pay for the item, no need to pay.  If you did and you don't get it, file a dispute

(or something to that effect).

How do I find out what happened to the seller?

Thanks,

Gary

You won't be able to find out what happened to him (privacy issues) but ebay shut him down.

Did you get a tracking number or did he just say "it's on its way?"

If the latter, open an Item Not Received case in your Resolution Center and escalate it after 3 days.

I got a tracking #.  I also got the package on Fri.

I ordered a nice camera bag, but intead I got some trinkets.

I got my money back Mon.  Thank goodness for ebay's buyer protection plan.
