You may have bought from a us seller?a lot of the time they will ship free within the us but to canada no free shipping,and if it was a us seller it was in us dollars raising the price 30 per cent,you need to read the add better?

Go back to the listing.

Look at the Shipping and Handling tab.

The shipping cost to Canada, your exact postal code, will be there.

Do the words "Customs services and international tracking provided' appear? This does not always show if you are shopping on a phone.

This means that your shipping price includes Canadian duty, Canadian sales taxes and a $5 service fee to the Global Shipping Program.

Shopping on a phone is fine, but a lot of detail is missing on the teeny screen.

Ordering is best on a laptop or desktop.

If you don't have one of these, they are usually available at your public library for free.
