I bought an item on August 23rd, 2013 and I haven't received my item until now (Novemeber 8th, 2013)

I have contact the seller several times, but he/she said there would be some dely for international shipping. So I didn't create a case and keep waiting for this item. However, I am not able to create a case since it has been more than 45 days. What should I do now?

If you funded the transaction by credit card telephone the customer service number on the back of the card and ask to do a chargeback.

Does this really work? Did you encounter similar situation before? I will try to talk to the bank according to your advice. Thanks
