I click on "respond to case" in the resolution center and nothing happens. How can I respond?

The buyer opened a case in the resolution center asking for a full refund, as I agreed to. In stead of selecting not received or damaged, she selected item not as described. Not sure if that makes a difference in how this refund works. Anyway, I am trying to respond to the case on the order details screen. I click on the button and it thinks but then stays on the same page. No matter where I try to resolve it, it brings me to this screen and I cannot respond. She won't be mailing it back to me, so if Ebay is waiting for her to enter a tracking number or something, that won't be happening. What do I do now?

Refund the money, through the original Paypal payment.

 

Worry about the paperwork later.
