Sellers have not been allowed to leave negative feedback for several years now. This was eBay's response to the problem of those sellers who would leave retaliatory negative feedback to any buyer who left negative feedback for them, deserved or not. If you have a problem with non-paying buyers, the best way to deal with them is to open unpaid item disputes against them and give them unpaid item strikes if they still don't pay. Habitual non payers will end up being blocked by and unable to buy from most sellers on eBay because of the automatic block against buyers with 2 or more unpaid item strikes in the lase 12 months. This is much more effective than negative feedback ever was. Besides all the negative feedback in the world won't stop a buyer from usung buy it now, where you don't know who the buyer is until after he clicks on buy it now. The auto block against non payers will stop this from happening, even with buy it now listings.

Hello 'tanden',

Is that about the wallet?  Based on that buyer's other outgoing feedback, she is comparatively hard to please, so whatever happened, don't take it personally.  Just put her on your list of blocked bidders here:

http://pages.ebay.ca/help/sell/manage_bidders_ov.html#block

Although I doubt she would bother you again anyway.  And after you've done that, block habitual nonpayers - all those with 2 or more unpaid strikes, - here:

http://pages.ebay.ca/help/sell/manage_bidders_ov.html#set

Some folks here will tell you to block everyone without a paypal account yet they don't do it themselves because they don't want to miss a sale.  There are a lot of credit cards in the hands of responsible payers - people with money.  But if you are inundated with non-paying zero-feedback newbies, you might consider it, at least for a time.

For now, however, responding to that buyer is all you can do, which you have done, and if you leave a negative comment with a green circle, ebay can remove it.

If you wish to arm yourself with the knowledge of how to handle an Unpaid Item (just in case), this link will tell you about it:
