I made an order under ebay as a  guest order

on Jan 3 for Iphone 6  Hybrid 2 in 1 Brushed Shockproof Armor Case Cover  estimated delivery JAN 5 TO JAN 19

The problem is on my e-mail view order details is not active which open a new message on ebay said the following critical errors have occurred

Go to a real desktop computer, or a laptop. Phones won't cut it.

Go to Paypal.

Look for your transaction.

Look on the left side of the page for the Resolution Centre.

Open an Item Not Received dispute.
