Hello, eBay community!
I order a Funko Pop Toy figure on eBay. On Feb 20, 2016. Seller is from Thailand and has pretty good rating on feedback's.
Tracking Info last update was on Feb 23, 2016.
- Scan Location: Suvarnabhumi Mail Centre.
- Description: Departure from Outward OE.
There a few more updated before this but that the last update.
Shipping from Thailand to Canada btw.
eBat est. delivery date is Mar 7 to Mar 18 and I'm using "Economy Int'l Shipping" (Est. delivery with 10 - 19 business days)
Time is ending soon and it's kind a getting to my head. I'm starting to panic here haha.

Any suggestion? Wait a few more weeks?, contact Seller? or open a ticket/request

Thanks,

Sorry if this thread is already been post my apology!

I didn't received my item

Hello 'aayce2',

Yes, wait a few more weeks.  You know the item is on its way, and there is lots of time yet for it to arrive.  When you buy on ebay you have 30 days from the last estimated date of delivery to file a claim.  So if your last estimated delivery date is March 18, you have 30 days after March 18 to start a claim for Item Not Received.  See the following:

http://pages.ebay.ca/help/buy/item-not-received.html

More importantly is that you used "Economy" shipping, and that very often means a slow boat.  If items come on a slow boat from Asia they can take 2 months to arrive.   None of that is the seller's fault, however.  Sellers never have any influence over postal speed.

If ever you miss that 30-day deadline to file on ebay, - not to worry.  You have 180 days (nearly 6 months) to file a claim with paypal for an item that does not arrive.  Section 13.5 explains this:

https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full#13

It is rare that an item does not show up, but not at all uncommon for items to be "late", - especially when using cheap-o mail.  Just familiarize yourself with the policies and Timelines and you will never have a problem.

I wish you joy of your new item. Smiley Happy
