I have a buyer that is saying they did not receive their item.

This buyer is saying that he did not receive their items. I sent both in the same package and offered combined shipping. He keeps messaging me that he wants a refund. I sent 3 other packages to the same province and they were received. I asked them to open a case with ebay and they have refused. Will I get the final value fee back if I refund the person? I have 100% feedback and don't want to spoil it.

Hi hansf7777 .. Asking a buyer to file a dispute is a negative approach to handling a problem and buyer refusing is even more unusual. Perhaps has filed to many and sanctioned by PayPal.

 

Can refund buyer and recovery of fv fee is by filing a cancel transaction in resolution center. Buyer can refuse to accepting thus the importance of staying on good terms....

Never ship without delivery confirmation. Not doing so will cause you to lose item not received disputes.

Non paying buyers deserve unpaid item strikes.
