To receive a credit on your final value fee:
1. Contact the buyer to see if he or she will agree to cancel the transaction. Let them know they'll be contacted by eBay to start the process.
2. Once you hear back from the buyer you can cancel the transaction by opening a case.
The buyer has up to 7 days to respond to your case. If you haven't heard back after 7 days, you can close the case and you'll receive a final value fee credit within 10 business days.
