If you haven't received your order, you need to go to your ebay Purchase History and Contact Seller.
If too many days have passed and the purchase no longer shows in your Purchase History, go instead to Paypal and find the transaction there. Contact seller via the email address listed.
Do NOT accept an offer for replacement. Often (although not always) this is a stall tactic designed to force you to close your claim early. If you are feeling generous you can buy another from the seller after you get a refund.
Or find a different seller and try your luck elsewhere.
