This is a member to member Board. EBay staff rarely comes here.

What you need is :

http://resolutioncenter.ebay.ca/

When your returned the radio, did you use a Confirmed Delivery service? Most domestic and some USA Canada Post parcel services are Delivery Confirmed.

Overseas parcel services are rarely confirmed because they are expensive, starting around $40.

If you cannot supply the tracking (DC) number for your returned parcel, your Dispute will probably fail.

The seller's tracking number shows as invalid on the USPS site. And unknown on the Canada Post site.

In addition to eBay, you have Buyer Protection from Paypal (their Resolution Centre is hidden under Tools at the top of your account page).

Both require proof that the seller has the unwanted item back. EBay will require the seller to pay return postage, btw, but too late now.

This doesn't look good so far.
