I shipped an item to Australia via small package.After 60 days buyer claims no receiving it??

What is the status of limitation to file??

I shipped an item to Australia via small package.After 60 days buyer claims no receiving it??

They cannot file with Paypal or ebay but if they paid with a Credit Card they

may be able to do a chargeback through it.

 

How did you ship it,

 

Surface or Air.

Shipped via ground,I do have all pertinent shipping papers.

If you shipped by Surface he may not see his parcel for another month. Never,ever use Surface shipping for overseas shipment. Too slow and therefore too expensive.

Pay more money (or more accurately charge your customer more money) for AIR MAIL.  The parcel will be in Australia as quickly as it would be to California or Brussels.

 

If you did use Surface, just refund now. (Ouch ouch ouch) When you do ask the customer to refund the refund when the parcel arrives. Most people are honest and will do this.
