If I receive an item on date (1) and leave feedback on date(2) and Ebay fix a limit on date(3).

I receive an item on date (1) and proceed to inscription of  feedback happen on date(2) and Ebay fix a limit on date(3) to receive the item.

If date(2) is lower or equal to date(3) why would Ebay bother to ask if the item was received before or at the ultimate date(3)?

Is it in case we still post positive feedback even before receiving the item?

Because eBay didn't tell the computer programmers to set things up that way.
