I listed on ebay.ca, and had two buyers from the USA win my auctions. Although I see the shipping charges clearly on my auction page, they are telling me there is no shipping charge listed on theirs, and that it even says FREE SHIPPING! Does anyone know why this is happening?

So part 2 of this problem...they agree to pay the shipping charge, but when I go to invoice them, the invoice won't let me add the shipping charge so now I have no way to conclude the purchase.

Help!

Hi macdorog.. its happening because there is no amount showing in your calculator for US location. I do see for UK. I checked your 4 completed listings and and blank for all. It may be as femmefan has detailed here..

If buyers have not paid should be able to send an invoice , just don't click recalculate . add shipping , can preview and send.
