Is it possible to have combined shipping feature with the Global Shipping Program?

My reading of the passage in question is somewhat different from the other poster's.  Sellers using the GSP are permitted to send all your items in one box, it's just that the system is set up to only process one sale at a time.  "Can't" in this instance does not mean "not allowed" but rather "not possible" or "not doable with the system set up the way it is".

If you want to buy multiples from a seller using the GSP what you do is tell the seller all the items you want and have the seller create a "special listing" for you with the combined price and shipping costs (the seller ships the box to Kentucky, who then forwards it on to you).

What matters is that all the pieces in the box are itemized on a single transaction invoice because the GSP opens and repacks everything and the info they use is largely what is found on the labels outside the package.  Many many sellers offer "lots" or groups of items on one listing, or one sale.  Baby clothes, handbags, costume jewelry, for example.  Just ask a seller to make a special listing with your ID as the title and as soon as it is done to let you know so that you can buy it right away.

Hi, Sellers using the GSP are not allowed to offer combined shipping per the ebay.com help files:

Sellers must ship each listing in a separate box to the GSP center.
