Hi all, I purchased an item from a seller in USA (who had a 99% positive ranking), but when I checked the status of my item it said that it had been bouncing back and forth between incorrect addresses and had been returned to the seller. The address I provided was correct - what should I do in this circumstance? I've already contacted the seller twice.
