Locked out!

I am a Canadian with an eBay account and am wintering in Yuma, Az.  When I attempted to use my   eBay account to make a purchase,  I was locked out!  I phoned the "contact" number and started answering the questions.  When asked "What is my 5 digit zip Code as entered in my eBay account?", I choked.  How do you enter V8N3B4 or V8Z4Y4 into a five digit format with an old push button cell phone?  I'm stuck and very disappointed!

Were you talking to a machine or a human being?

You may have the best luck phoning when the Utah office is open. Most of their reps speak English as a first language. On the other hand the offshore reps understand that some people live in countries other than the USA. It's a tossup.
