Introducing Skate Canada - Saskatchewan's 2012 Junior Bronze Champion! Emi won GOLD in Spins, GOLD in Jumps and GOLD in her FreeSkate Program! Her competitors were mostly in the 13 - 16 year old range.
Emi was also awarded the PAT KETTKE MEMORIAL AWARD for ARTISTIC PERFORMANCE. This award is given to one skater at the STARSkate Competition each year. This year there were two skaters nominat...ed for this award. All of the judges involved with the competition took a vote and Emi was unanimously selected to receive it which is truly quite an honor!
I can honestly say that this is the first competition in which Emi smiled from her heart throughout her entire skate!
Emi has trained hard and is looking forward to her next competition the weekend of February 11th in Hudson Bay, Saskatchewan.See More— in North Battleford, Saskatchewan.
