My account was restricted and the only reason is my shipping low detailed rating in USA. Otherwise, i'm a Top seller globaly. What can i do?

I cannot list anything,  I cannot even revised my items in my store and the only problem is my low detail shipping rating in the USA.

Globaly, i'm  a Top Rated seller that can't do anything.  Is that normal ? Isn't that too much for a single low detail rating ?

Hi... one thing you can do, but keep in mind that its going to take some time for it to change your shipping ratings is to offer FREE SHIPPING (just add the cost of shipping to your asking price).

When offering FREE Shipping buyers can not leave DSR's for shipping.
