My item is taking too long

It's been more than a month and a half since I bought my item and it's not arriving! what do I do now?

Your first step is to contact the seller and ask for the shipping date, shipping service and Delivery Confirmation number. (The latter is not useful for you, but tells the seller you are serious).

If that is not productive, immediately file an Item Not Received claim here:

You have only 45 days to do this so check the calendar. Given the tight timeline, you may decide to contact the seller and file the dispute at the same time.

The dispute gives both of you some breathing space.

If the seller cannot prove DELIVERY (not shipping, delivery) he can either refund you himself or Paypal will do it for you and go after him for the money.

 

Act immediately, those 45 days are to the minute.
