Anyone else experiencing these problems??
1. Bulk Listing does not work at all
2. Caching is none-existent - keep having to refresh to see current information - if you delete or add something you do not see the changes till you REFRESH
This one is an ongoing thing with eBaY from day 1.
3. Cannot add RESERVE PRICE to some of our listing when we are creating them. Sometimes it does work and most times it does not.
When I wrote into eBaY about these ongoing issues the response I got back was to CANCEL my subscription until the problems get fixed - nice solution --NOT!
Evey month we get billed the current rate for SMPRO and not once have they offered any compensation because of these ongoing problems - are we the only ones experiencing these problems???
Everyday, eBaY amazes me at how awful, arrogant and annoying of a company they can be - each day brings even more surprises.
