Hello All,
Like most maritimers, I'm enjoying the summer. The standard uniform is Luau shirts and shorts. But I digress.

We just ook a negative from a 10 (11-1). I didn't think to nullify the win when I saw the neg he was left.
Dumb Power Seller.
We took a couple of hits earlier on transactions. One was deserved. One wasn't. But this one really wrankles. It's from a newbiw with an attitude and bad contact information.After we shipped it he sent us a note saying that we probably should have shipped to a different address.
The Pay Pal complaint he spoke of was his. I just replied as required by Pay Pal.
What is the collective and singular wisdom on responding to this eBayer?

yes, neg him back and then offer a mutual feedback withdrawl to him. Also, consisder giving him a partial refund if he removes the feedback. I know it was all the buyer's fault in the first place, but it may be worth a few bucks to help your feedback score.
