NOTHING SHOWING IN HISTROY

As of last night I had 22 items in my history that I was waiting to arrive. I come on this morning and I have nothing showing in my history. I have no items showing, no tracking numbers; everything is gone.. Is this a glitch or am I never going to get them back. I would like to know what my items are so I know if something doesn't arrive and who to get in contact with if something doesn't show up. Any help would be appericated. Thanks Melanie

Is it set up as one week or one month?

It ended coming back up by itself...How to I check the default? Also, should I have third party approved to act on my behalf (is that for auto bidding only)?
