Need Help!! Canada Post's tracking not updating

Hi,

I shipped 2 packages to USA on the 19th of Aug and paid for tracked packet, but as of now the status still stay at "Accepted in post office"! It is not moving. I tried contacting Canada Post, but the representive told me that they will only be able to help after 30 days of shipped day.

Should I be concern? Is it lost? Does anyone experienced this situation?

Try entering the numbers on the USPS site.

I did. 

Result is same as Canada Post" Accepted at Postal Office"

Then it may be hung up in US Customs.  What was it?

And, btw, it's a litte early to panic.  In some cases, USPS does not scan until the item has been delivered.
