Hi,
I noticed last week that all my orders between September 22nd and October 5th are missing from the 'Purchase History' listing.
I used the 'See orders from' drop-down list and selected '2016' to widen my search scope but still no luck.
I had to call customer's support a couple of days ago to get help in creating a case for an order placed within the above indicated period.
If this is a bug what can I do to download the listing for print out, until it's fixed?
I looked at the help topics in an effort to download my buying activities but was unsuccessful.
I believe the topic is outdated as the instructions do not match some of the buttons and selections on the web page.
