Package not received

I recently purchased an item and still have not received it. When following up with the online tracking it says it was delivered. What would be the next step to getting a refund?

WHERE was it delivered?  Does it say "Kentucky"?

If you bought a GSP item it will first be delivered to Kentucky (from the seller) and that is normal.  Next, it will be forwarded on to you with a DIFFERENT tracking number.  You will probably have to call them to get that one.  Tracking and GSP items don't often go together, even though they are supposed to.

It could take another 2 weeks before it arrives, but the main thing is its on its way.  IF it is a GSP item.

Was it a GSP item?

If it was NOT a GSP item and came from somewhere else, that is more of a problem.

Usually on eBay you have 30 days after the LAST delivery date to open a claim, but if you did that and the tracking shows "Delivered" to YOUR door (not to Kentucky) that will close the claim and you lose.

Same for a PayPal claim.  "Delivered" usually gets a claim closed in the seller's favor.

If it is NOT a GSP item then, and it says "Delivered", check with everyone in your household, check with your neighbors, check behind plant pots or anywhere the parcel may have been left. (Inside the barbeque?)

Other than GSP, if tracking shows it was delivered somewhere else (ie, lost) then you go to the RESOLUTION CENTER at the bottom of the page, click it, find the item and start the "not received" process by following eBay's directions.
