No real surprise. Both Ebay and Pay Pal will do what it takes to increase revenue, but I think Pay Pal went a bit to far. Wonder about Ebay. WHATS IN YOUR WALLET?

From the story and from what I heard previously on this issue it's more a case of the courts coming to the rescue of the stupid rather than PayPal doing anything seriously wrong or unusual.
