Product Details Dissapearing

I'm just noticing, while using bulk edit, that the system is prompting me to "Add Product Details" on items that I already had listed using the "catalog" with full details.

I have NEVER used the "Remove Product Details" option in bulk edit or individually EVER......

I'm not new to using the system and using the "catalog" is essential to me when listing my movies. I've been doing this for quite sometime and this isn't something I would just randomly screw up on like some nOOb......these listings HAD product details and now DON'T.....I'm not happy!!

I had just fixed that one.

Ive had that happen a few times.  When it did with the old fee schedule if you had subtitle you'd get charged the .50 too as it wasn't included if you didn't use the catalog, but there was no way to tell i would drop the catalog with a bulk relist.  Not worth the aggravation to contact "customer service" about it
