Prohibited Items

You also can't list drug paraphernalia, including  items designed or primarily intended for use in manufacturing, concealing, or using a controlled substance.

I have an ashtray that has a picture of a skunk (you can imagine the rest). Would that be considered prohibited? Keep in mind that I have seen these types of things listed on eBay but that does not mean it is not prohibited, which is why I am asking. It could be considered listing something that is for using a controlled substance. Anyone know?

Thank you.

Tobacco is a legal product, although there are controls on its manufacture, distribution and sale.

It is not a 'controlled' product, in the meaning of the legal jargon.

Ashtrays are primarily used by tobacco addicts. There should be no problem with listing them.

Just so we are clear. This item number 251383649330 is okay? When it is obvious that it's not for cigarettes?

It is not obvious it is anything. It is a novelty ash tray. It is listed in the UK and not the US.
