Quantity field

Hi seeking advise how to change quantity to 11 But showing more than 10 when selling. I've tried everything on the site preference under selling but still not working. Am I in the right place

When I go to my Site Preferences > Selling Preferences > Sell Your Item form and listings, the second option is "Show the exact quantity of items in your listing, if the quantity exceeds 10." If I click "Edit" on the far right, I then have a choice to have multiple quantity listings show "More than 10 available" or the exact quantity.

Exactly what I wanted to do but it still shows qty 11 instead of ( more than 10 available )
