How do we post our questions to a LOCKED THREAD?

Here's a suggestion/question:
- If you want MORE AUCTIONS, why don't you LOWER THE AUCTION FEES?

There are many items that I only make 10% margin on -- 5% fees really cut into that, which is why I choose store listings to represent them on eBay.

Try reading it again. The "post here" is referring to the thread posted in the link which takes you to Canada Town Square's discussion board NOT the thread informing us about the discussion. :|
