I purchased a Nokia phone from the UK. Said it was unlocked but is not and also the phone "band width" is not acceptable  in Canada.  Paid by Paypal and seller will give money back, but how do I receive the refund?  Does it go directly back to my Paypal account?

Depends on how you paid.

If you paid with a Credit Card through Paypal the refund will go back to your Credit Card.

It may take up to 30 days for this to happen.

If you paid with your Bank account or a Paypal balance the refund will go into your Paypal account.

If you have a Bank account linked to your Paypal acct you cand withdraw the refund to your bank.  (

No bank account linked to paypal then the only way to get it is spend it on purchases.
