Since yesterday I noticed that featured plus items (.com) were not showing up at the start like they used to. I figured it was a problem that would get fixed up. It wasn't today so I advised the (.com)live help person that I thought there was a problem. This is when I learned that featured plus doesn't work like it used to, because it has been changed. It now only shows up at the top of whatever page it happens to live on (that's essentially a waste of you listing $$$). Now there's a new "featured first" which is 2.5 times the price of featured plus. Apparently it goes first now like featured plus used to before. Unfortunately despite the fact that it has been live for a couple days now, you can't read about it in the help yet because it hasn't been updated! I was surprised that it was in Turbolister. At any rate something to be aware of.
Miriam if you read this, it is a good example of a change implemented with very poor communication (on the .com side). I'm not aware of any and the live help person couldn't find any aside from some note they got about a "new feature".
