I won 3 items and Items shipment said local pick-up is free. I even sent mail to seller if local pick-up accepted which replied intermediately. But when I won the bids, the seller sent me invoice to pay in pay-pal for shipment for each items, when I'm sending him/her mails where to pick it up. Now the 7 days payment is almost expired what should I do when he/her not responding to me.
